PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT APPROACH
Cockroaches and Silverfish
Accredited will dust and/or bait cupboards, pantries, drawers, wardrobes, bedrooms, and areas where moisture is present. Protocol also includes dusting of ceiling voids, and treatment of skirting boards, cracks, and crevices. External walls receive spray treatments.
Ants
Internal dusting of ceiling voids and placement of bait stations located at window and door frames or the use of ant gel. External weep holes are dusted and a liquid spray treatment is applied to the perimeter of the building.
Spiders - included in general pest control at no charge
Cornices and areas behind doors are spot sprayed. External eaves also receive treatments. There is no warranty for this treatment.
Rodents
Rodent infestations are never standard. Depending on severity of activity baits are placed in the roof void. From there, lockable baited feeding stations can be installed around the property until the problem has resolved.
Fleas
It is most important that your pets be treated with flea shampoo. Any linen/beds they come into contact with must also be washed in hot water. Lawns must be mowed to allow full saturation of chemical for effective treatment.
Mosquitoes and Sandflies
Treatment targets gardens and the underside of foliage when performing the aerial misting of trees, shrubs, and grassy areas on your property
Bed Bugs
All linens must be stripped and washed in hot water. Spray treatments to all mattresses and soft furnishings are recommended, in addition to the spraying of all furniture, cracks, and crevices.
